A little progress...

So I know now I'm only updating once a month now, I will try and get better at it, but I am preoccupied with finding a job. Yes I am still jobless, but I do have a group interview next Wednesday at Youth Villages for a mentor liaison position with them. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping I get to the next interviewing process.

This weekend I am going to Knoxville, for the Florida game, I am hoping to find a ticket, but if I don't I will find somewhere to watch it. I also get to see my best friend Andrea and my friend Jennifer who is kindly letting me stay with her. :) It will be a good weekend for me to get away b/c things in the house have been kinda hectic.

For the past month I have been job hunting and that has been consuming my life. Last weekend I was in Nashville for The Next Big Nashville, which is 200 artists, 15 venues, for 5 days and I was in heaven all weekend. I volunteered on Thursday for a few hours to get a free wristband to get into all the shows for free! Check out Ten out of TN, it is 10 artists playing eachother's music all together and they are awesome. Also, a few of my favorite artists I saw were Andy Davis, Erin McCarley, K.S. Rhodes, Superdrag, AutoVaughn, Jeremy Lister, The Lonely Hearts, and many more! Check out The Movement of Nashville's myspace and the artists on their page are awesome! I am posting pics and videos from my weekend at the end of this.

Other than last weekend, my life has been kind of blah... I am trying to reconnect with old friends and make new ones. Once I get a job I am looking to be involved in something. It is just hard to get back into the swing of things, and still at home just ready to get on my feet and get out. Sometimes I feel like a burden to my dad and mom b/c I am running low on money and the job process is going slow. Oh well it can only get better from here.
